I have nothing but good things to say about the team from Ashington.It can be quite intimidating building a home for the first time. From the beginning Simeon was extremly helpful explaining the process, setting clear expectations on the process and costs that would take us through to DA. We were then able to meet the design team and design a home to suit our lifestyle and meet some challenging requirements such as BAL-FZ & a sloping block. We've submitted DA and are looking forward to building with the team next year. I feel confident that we've selected the right team who truely care about the end result, the experience of the customer and quality that they deliver.

Simeon - an expert in building custom homes, humble and friendly person to deal with. If you want to build a perfect quality home without any compromise, he is the right person to approach. He is my mentor/Guru for my building work. Definitely i will go to him for my next home. He is also doing the great community service on forums and helping and addressing others concerns who got stuck with dodgy builders. I never seen a transparent builder who shares the building secrets to customers which shows his quality workmanship, passion and dedication to home building.
