Waste of money

Waste of time and money.Paid for the membership on 29-May-2021 (needed a nanny to start on 7-June-2021 due to unforeseen circumstances). Contacted all the nannies that were available in my area - no replies!Contacted the customer support, explained my urgency and my frustration - they got back to me a week later and told me to post a job. Obviously a week later was too late. Replied to them again saying it was too late, it took them another week to get back and tell me to post a job and that they would not issue a refund. Do not recommend!
