Sonic HealthPlus Kewdale

I don’t do reviews but for some reason, I really think Sonicplus deserves a 5-star review. They were very meticulous in dealing with my medical exam. Tina, a staff at the facility, was absolutely amazing throughout the process and showed a lot of care. She was also very honest and kept to her timelines.Great staff make great companies. I was treated horribly by the doctors. Got angry at my partner asking to use the restroom, refused to allow me to have peer support person accompany me into the medical (rudely), and requested unreasonable documents from my personal GP (who was appalled when I told them what I had been requested to provide to pass" a medical).The nurses and reception staff are your only God send. Absolutely disgusting."

Went in with an alergic skin reaction.as soon as i couldnt fill out a huge form they didnt want to know.told me to go to emergency.no antihistamine or anything .this doesnt help the hospitals .realy felt abandoned..not good.

I visited the clinic over the last 2 days and I can not rave enough about the service and the treatment I received. Each staff member that I encountered was friendly, kind and professional. The clinic itself is very clean, neat and organised! I have been to a few places over the years for work medicals/physicals and the Kewdale clinic is by far the best one I have ever encounteredA huge shout out has to go to Saturn my exercise physiologist, who is absolutely amazing at her job! I went into the experience anxious and nervous, however she put me at ease. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she is kind, optimistic and encouraging. A true asset to your business! Thank you so much Saturn for everything!

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for, clearly made by incompetent individuals with no preparation or failing the medical due to their own actions. (Most only having 1 review and it being for this facility shows face)Estimated 1.5-2 hour medical was done within 30 minutes without any troubles or issues, friendly staff, quick processing, easy to find and a welcoming facility.I've done a few medicals in my time and Sonic HealthPlus in Kewdale were on point!Ignore the negative reviews, it will only make your anxiety worse.

I would give 0 stars! Unfortunately my partner has to attend. I work in health care myself and this is appauling, no way should a client/patient be waiting for over an hour and a half and still not even been seen. I go in to hurry it up and they are rude and saying to fill out paper work which has been done over an hour ago! This is unacceptable!And also contacting my partner to make me remove my review, when you made me late for work!

I did drug/alcohol test there for work. Quick and efficient process. Nice staff.

Just wanted to share my great experience at Sonic Health Kewdale, with my whole medical going so well. In particular I would like to thank Lisa who's patience with my lung test was much appreciated, and Rhys with his guidance during the physical. Also thank you to Renee on the front counter for assisting me through the day, will be highly recommending Sonic Healthplus Kewdale to all other companies!

i went here today for a fitness test.The satff through out the place were absouloutley polite,and freindly.I couldnt fault them.The waiting time was abit longer then i thought,but in all fair 10/10.
