This place looks to have replaced the Fish & Chippery. We had the Hoki & Chips and the Snapper & Chips, both battered.Both meals were delicious and cooked excellent. Would recommend coming here!

This used to be our favourite place to eat but haven’t been in about 6 months and has changed since our last visit. The food sadly wasn’t as good as we remembered and the sour cream we were given for our loaded chips was off. Customer service was nice but unfortunately the food, not so much.

Total rip off.Went there for dinner and my wife didn't want deep fried fish so we ordered the grilled snapper.It was just one small fillet alone and definitely not worth $14. Even the other fish packs were average, the battered flathead were thin and oily and consisted more of chips than fish.Not worth the $75 we spent for 4 people and then they wanted more for small sauce containers.Best to find somewhere else for fish and chips rather then this overpriced place on the esplanade.

Please bring back the previous owners. Extremely overpriced and awful food. We had Burramandi, chips and our child had the chicken tenders. The tiny Burramandis were in a puddle of disgusting oily batter, the chips were actually inedible. When I tried to speak to the staff, they pretended not to understand me. After being regulars for more than 10 years, sadly we will not be back to this establishment.

Horrible food !! Oily tasteless fish in batter which is fried rock hard and subpar portion. Chips were floury and equally bad. Kids meal for $14 !! total rip-off. I have been going for years to the Fish and Chippery and the new guys have no clue. Total money grab. 5 star reviews are fake, they probably got their family and friends to write reviews. You have been warned.

The salt and pepper calamari was cooked to perfection. Great portion size, value for money thats for sure. A surprise with the order was a complementary pumpkin dessert originating from Turkey, its different but nice.

Had the barramundi with chips, seafood stick and a pumpkin salad & it was the best fish and chips I have ever had. Everything tasted so fresh & so crispy but not oily. Even the homemade tartare was the best I’ve had, sad I’m not from Sunshine Coast to have it more often. Cost was very affordable for everything we got and big portions.

dined in today and had a friendly welcome from the staff. We ordered chips and calamari which was so good that we even ordered it again after finishing. Thanks for your service we will be back.

Battered fish and scallops are not good at all- it’s the oily, crunchy, overly light batter that hides the fish flavour. The prawn cutlets were clearly frozen, bulk stuff with sesame seeds, not what you expect on Mooloolaba beach. More of a kebab shop quality than a nice fish and chip place.If you are hankering for a classic fish and chip feed on the beach, look elsewhere.
