I dropped my car off 2 times only to be called 2 weeks later and told they over booked. On the third time I was told it would be ready Monday.Today is Monday and they still cannot give me a clear answer of when the car will be done.My car was first booked in 3 months ago and STILL isn’t complete. Absolutely and utterly terrible service. I was only given updates when I called.If this was my only car I would be screwed!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My car was insured with Youi and MSR fixed it for me and I picked it up this afternoon. Very happy with the repair, looks amazing and also OUTSTANDING service by zach - he made my experience so smooth and kept open communication with me the whole time. I hope I don't need to go back (obviously don't want my car hit again) but if I need anything in the future I'd come back just to be looked after by Zach!

DO NOT GO HERE. Chances are your insurer has pointed you in this direction so please do whatever you can to find a repairer with a more reputable business. After a collision with the rear of my ute, a simple replacement of the rear tailgate resulted in what has been as 6 month ordeal. After dispute resolution it is now being repaired by a reputable company. The workmanship is poor. They have claimed to replace with a new tailgate however it is quite obviously used, charger the insurer for a new, they have sprayed over stone chips, marks and misalignments with little to no preparation or care and refused to fix the bumper which is now misaligned. Communication is absolutely terrible with this company.

We regrettably had our car returned to Msr at wishart after they completely failed at their first attempt, colour matching was a joke, paint over stone chips, panels not fitted correctly, and the car actually came back with damage on other parts of the car from their incompetence. This time the paint is almost passable, but the bumper still isn’t attached, there is scratches and buff marks all over the car, there is even parts that have been sanded and not finished the repair/polishing, there is over spray on the windows and even on the interior, and to top it off we had our car debadged and they have refitted badges in the wrong place so it’s not even how it was from the dealership. I strongly advise avoiding Msr/Swains at all cost. Just don’t put your self through the heartache of getting your car back in worse condition.Just to update anyone interested, I attempted to contact Msr and they are refusing to take responsibility for their failure to complete the repairs. Once again. Stay well clear from them and their joint businesses. You will regret it.Update - after 3 visits and over 12 weeks in their “care”, went from just repainting the drivers door, front guard and bumper skin, they ended up needing to paint both drivers side doors, front guard, rear guard/c pillar, bonnet, replace rear bumper due to them damaging it, and the car still isn’t colour matched, windscreen and windows absolutely covered in over spray, detailer spent 6 hours polishing the car to remove damage/ frosted clear coat, found loose bolts holing parts on, interior panels covered in over spray, seriously avoid them at all cost.

Great service from start to finish.If other collision repairers even put in HALF the effort of MSR, they would easily be more reputable.The whole process with these guys from the online photo submissions to the collection of my car was a breeze. Both admin staff and the techs were great to deal with, and treated you with mutual respect.Getting your car repaired after a fender bender is stressful enough, but I felt much more at ease here than I have anywhere else.If my luck is terrible and I ever need a collision repairer again, I’ll be demanding these guys!

For well over a month, dishonest and rude assessos working at msr for youi have delayed. Assessments taking time due to delays on pricing is fine but assessors lying about having the report done is unacceptable. Youi also have no interest in correcting the situation Avoid cheap and nasty service providers like youi and MSR

So I had my car done under insurance first they cut my front seat leather whilst repairing it. After 2 months and multiple phone calls I eventually contacted my insurance and then they got them to act. Shaun the manager called me and got things rectified. I got the car back and then when I my wife when to take a passanger noticed the seat belt buck had not been installed back on the seat they fixed". I have now been waiting at least a month for them to rectify the problem. The gave me back a legally u roadworthy car. I would like Shaun's boss to call me ASAP to talk about these issues me being nice has gotten me nowhere. I will be recontacting the insurance company to update them."

These guys are about volume and not about quality. If you can possibly go somewhere else you should.They don't QA their repairs (... but we do 60 cars a day")They provide rental cars (Europcars) that are dirty when you pick them up."
