Staff are always helpful. My wife always seems to hold my hand going past the tool section. I guess its her way of keeping the spending down. One of these days ill go by myself and then fun will really begin. Never what tools you may need in the future. Hahahha

Cashiers are Rude, Arrogant, Not helpful at all.On 20-Jan-2023, 5pm.An item (among a load of stuff in my trolley) was discounted from $99 to $40.The Cashier charged me the original $99 instead of $40.I notified her immediately on the spot at the counter,And Need to be refunded.The cashier had NO RESPONSE, NO EXPRESSION.Another cashier next to her said, We Cannot do it here.".They left me no choice but to move the heavy trolley full of stuff to another counter LINE UP again for Refund. This is ridiculous!I received NO APOLOGY

. Nursery with a wide range of plants. I bought a large Aloe Vera plant. There was actually five plants in this one pot. The Aloe leaf gel is good to use on sunburn. My plant only cost about $20.. A pleasant hardware shopping experience.. We would would like to see more loyalty to local suppliers and less imports from China and elsewhere overseas.. Lowest prices are just the beginning.. Wide range of products.. Good shop to buy LED globes, which use 40% less electricity.. Thankyou for providing the most reliable, convenient and enjoyable hardware shopping experience in SA.

I would like to thank a gentleman by the name of Brian who went above and beyond with helping me with my diy project. He cut the wood precisely and also told me what to write on each panel and gave me his own written instructions. Plus his happy go lucky attitude and customer service is amazing.Bunnings you have a great employee in him. Also a lady buy the name Michelle was an immense help for me to in finding a particular product for me then having me through the checkout in no time. Her customer service was amazing. Another great employee at that store.

Honestly I never get served by employees that look like they are enjoying work, they are always upset or in a bad mood. I can understand not enjoying your work but save that attitude for outside of work, people should feel comfortable to come up to you, not scared that you'll snap at them because that's how I feel most of the time.

Nothing is better than a bunnings.Grab a coffee and cake, and look for a bargain. Lots of plants to look at. Staff happy and friendly.Easy returns too.

Usually pretty helpful if you find experienced staff!I've found a few times the online availability isn't up to date which gets annoying so I've learnt to call ahead as the two closest are in very opposite directions. The plants are sometimes a bit sad at full price, I think they'd do better if they maybe started reductions early for that.The check outs usually pretty nice and simple and returns have never been easily handled :)

Customer Service. Christina provided me over the phone with a cheerful and very responsive service. Honest with her actual amount of experience in the area of toilet suites (2 months) but for those questions she was unsure of she effortlessly sort help elsewhere. Overall very helpful. All questions answered satisfactorily. Most of all very cheerful and friendly. A very happy and thankful customer. Call occurred today 02/03/2023.
