Thanks for staff Crystal's great service, I came to exchange for my husband's pants, my new born was in the car and asleep, I couldn't get off from the car. Visited the store today because I needed some new boots and wanted to get a good comfortable fit rather than buying online and hoping for the best.Was assisted by Chelsea who was extremely helpful, I usually buy items in a rush and regret not taking my time but she insisted on being patient and asking my concern/preferences and thanks to that I was able to pick something I am confident will be good for me long-term.Good attitude, extremely friendly and welcoming. She's a great employee and this is where I'll go whenever I need something work related.

Bought shoes that caused a plister after wearing it for couple of hours and workscene refused to change it or return it. Very bad customer service.

Big store with a large range and good customer service. They stock a huge range of steel cap and composite/no metal work boots and were happy to return/exchange boots if they weren't worn. I'd heard that the no metal Pumas had a metal spine in them, took them to work and passed them through the metal detector and they are good to go, super comfy too. Thanks to Alexia for your help trying out the Puma, Blundstone and CAT boots.

Not a company of which will deal with again nor will be buying from this company ever in the future. After writing back and forth it is disappointing of their customer service engagement to the issues pointed out. It is just a personal opinion. They have their company opinions also. I buy my work clothes and extras from this store. The staff are always friendly and help you to get what you need. There is a great selection of all work requirements stocked here like pants, T-shirt, shirts, polo tops, hats, socks, glasses and lots more. Great store. The only thing that annoyed me a little is that my regular pants I get have gone up in price quite a bit.
