Went here just for dinner and the place was terribly filthy, trash everywhere and pretty much every table had leftover food or some sort of thing on it (even the roof had a moldy pickle on it …). Ordered through the self serve machines and used cash so needed to take my order up and get someone to put it through the till and waited there for about 5 minutes until a young man (seemed to be new) came over and took my order. Didn’t wait long for food, maybe about 5-10 minutes which is great considering the amount of food we bought but soon realised the food was pretty much cold and the chips were sooo stale, like they had sat there for hours! The banana bread was over cooked but cold… we were missing ice creams… The workers were fine, friendly when talking to you but ignored if you didn’t talk to them first. Now the burger, I ordered a double quarter pounder burger and the smell was HORRIBLE like it was off and probably sitting there for God only knows how long. This is the first time I’ve been there and it’ll certainly be the LAST TIME I come here!

Terrible! They advertise for 24hrs but in fact this is not true.This is the second night In a row I have made the pilgrimage to this establishment and both times they have been closed. Bins in the drive though and all.Please advertise your opening timings properly or not at all!

This is the condition of filet-o-fish starting @ $10.55 in a meal... Really!!!Night staff are horrible and even though you place order online and pay for it, when you go there to collect they are always cleaning their machines.Need better trained staffs and updates to the app.

The food was so bad it was all put in the bin, told the manager on duty who didn’t care and would not replace or refund. Walked inside to speak with manager, store was absolutely filthy. Please save yourselves the horror, drive to Maroochydore if you want McDonalds. All over experience was terrible.

As a McDonald's this store is really poor and has been for many, many years (so the cause must be the owner and managers, not the other staff) . and the service is terrible.Toilets are very dirty. Had to ask for a table and the seats to be cleaned so we could sit down.

My cousin ordered a quarter pounder and they forgot the meat. Not the onions or the sauce, the actual meat. HOW TF DO YOU FORGET MEAT IN A BURGER?? WHAT DO THE TEENAGERS EVEN DO IN THE KITCHEN AT THIS POINT? DO YALL JUST PLAY SUBWAY SURFERS WHILST MAKING THE FOOD??

Disgusting! The manager at the Noosaville store named Bailey was rude in helping to explain the mymaccas app and after i had placed order she rudely and aggressively throw my change into my hand and when i asked to make it a medium meal she angrily put through the refund and again threw the change into my hand! She needs to fired immediately! She doesn't have a clue on proper customer service! And the burger is disgusting almost taste like someone in the kitchen spat on it! It was also just thrown together as if made with no care whatsoever!
