Excellent services and very helpful staff!

I was going to Real therapy solutions (Bellavista) for nearly 2 years and my daughter was having OT, Speech therapy and behaviour therapy.First of all the receptionist Tracy is so lovely and friendly. The staff are nice as well. But my problem was changing the therapist all the time. We had change 2 OTs 2 behaviour therapist and 3 speech therapist. For the kid who has anxiety and it takes time to get used to someone new its so hard to change the person who she knows and trusts to someone else,If it happened once I wouldn’t complain but it was constants.imagine you have to spend 2 ,3 session to just get to know the therapist its just wasting the time and money.For the report that I needed for NDIS after I paid for 2 hrs sessions I had to wait at least 2 weeks to get the report and for one of them I received it with so many typing errors which I emailed the therapist and she didn’t even responded.I did the autism assessment for my daughter waited for 1 month to get the report which at the end the therapist told me she’s leaving and probably that was the reason it took so long.So I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a kid with anxiety or if you don’t want to change therapist all the time

RTS have been (and continue to be) really accommodating to working with students onsite and dealing with some difficult behaviors. Every therapist has an individual approach to each student and maintains clear communication with program staff and parents. I continue to recommend RTS to every parent we work with!

I have just finished a meeting with 2 of Real Therapy Solutions therapists; Joanna and Lisa. Both therapists were exceptionally easy to talk to and they just got" my 27 year old son and myself. They quickly grasped what we needed and how we could progress sessions for the benefit of my son. I couldn't be happier with this outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their professionalism
