Complete Real estate NT is a joke,tried to claim damages done by previous tenants (noted on entry report prior to moving in) on occupier ,also tried to blame landscape damages that was caused by poor quality top dress being applied straight onto already diseased and fungal infected lawns (by the land holder) after the wet seasons deluge also with the numerous notices supplied to this real estate agent regarding drainage issues that caused minor flooding and cracks to appear around the property and some agents are very unprofessional and portray bad character on occupiers when showing the house to perspective buyers regarding these issues,also very unaccountable when they are aware of the career of the occupiers and the prolonged absence away from basic communications ,so have also failed to address this and decide to send notice of payment for said damages (close to $5,000) whilst they were absent and away from basic communication so no agreement could be made or chance to be notified until returning after the 28 day period.Tennents were very reliable with the rent owing ,so this behaviour from a rental agent isn’t very sub-standard.Highly recommend a external building inspection to be carried out on any rental property from this company.
