The best decision I made last week was to contact Complete Comfort. From the moment the lovely Zoe read my email and then phoned me, I knew I’d contacted the right people.They say to get 3 quotes, I contacted someone else and they came out, let’s just say I didn’t want him to quote me.The third one got back to me after the job had been done.....by complete comfort.From start to finish, they were professional. Most of all though they went out of their way to do the best that they could for us. They went above and beyond.They kept in touch, they turned up on time, they did a magnificent job cleaning out all of the rubbish insulation that was in our old roof and then put the lovely new batts in.It was like we were doing business with old friends.We were so happy with them that we are getting them back out soon to replace our broken whirly bird and to install a second.We would not hesitate to recommend Complete comfort and we hope their business continues to thrive, as it should.

We had our old blow in insulation removed and replaced with batts by Complete Comfort.From start to finish these guys were excellent. They gave us a fair price that they explained fully, and the work was done quickly and professionally. The blow in was removed with minimal mess, and the R4.1 batts installed nice and neatly.As a bonus...Just as they started, they discovered an issue with our ducted air con: A section of duct had dislodged (explains why our air con wasn't working very well). Luckily, they had some experience with this and were able to reattach it for us. Their customer service was top notch!Thanks so much Zoe and Gary!
