AURÉI GROUP led by Brad are superbly knowledgeable, very hard-working and customer orientated – their honesty and transparency is amazingly refreshing. The team constantly exceeded expectations when we were faced with a big rising damp issue in our 100 year old Terrace plus Brad managed our additional need for some major ‘botched’ renovation and plumbing work from days gone by, to be rectified and install new decking - all at our tenanted investment property. AURÉI managed the complexity of doing all these internal & external remedial works, alongside enabling our tenants to harmoniously continue to live at the property, so rent loss was minimal over the intensive 5 week period on-site. Brad’s care and attention to detail was evident from our first phone call and onsite meeting – he consulted broadly with his professional network and presented us with multiple options for the works and honestly and clearly laid out the pros and cons of each option to help our decision making. Brad has great communication skills and is super easy to get on with - he is a next-gen-builder so digitally fluent in communicating daily using video and video calls so we were highly engaged in the works, saw progress and knew what was happening on-site. The finished product is of a very high quality and AURÉI Group has successfully remediated all the issues – we highly recommend Brad and the AURÉI team and would employ them again in a heart beat!

I recently sprang a leak in my apartment, Brad and his group were assigned to fix it. Three words to describe my dealing with Brad are professional, honest and personable - traits rarely found in my dealings within the construction industry. Brad even went above and beyond, helping clean and fix my sliding shutters.It was a simple three step process. Brad came by for an initial assessment, phoned me a few days later to organise a time, then showed up and got the job done. Brad kept his word, everything he said he would do during the initial assessment, was completed - even went the extra mile (as mentioned above)Pros- Honest and transparent. He explained clearly what the problem was, how it should have been and what he will do to fix it- Personable- Neat and Tidy (Sounds weird but hear me out. I noticed how he put away his tools, took care wrapping up his cords, cleaning his hands with sanitised wipes. He even took his shoes off the first time entering my apartment. I knew I was dealing with someone who had attention to detail)Cons- We didn't find him earlierA real breath of fresh air that will be my first choice next time I need.

Brad and his team have done an excellent job with the rectification works in my unit. I was particularly impressed with Brad's professionalism, politeness and attentiveness to detail. He clearly understands what it takes to work in private homes, and the communication skills it requires.I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any future client or project work.

Contracted to do water leaking testing on a small strata complex, the Aurei team were professional, pleasant and efficient in carrying out their work. They caused minimal disruption to residents and were a pleasure to interact with.

Would like to thank Brad and his guys for our kitchen and main bathroom renovation they undertook. Very difficult for the guys with us still wanting to live in the house whilst works were being undertaken, but the guys were polite, well mannered, engaging and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
