Love this H&M store the best. Well stocked, and we'll presented. I personally find something everytime I go in, whether for myself or family. Just need staff on shop floor to help.

Staff asked about membership and checked for vouchers too and applied the vouchers accordingly. I've never seen a store apply discounts so proactively.Price came up wrong, I paid for it and then they refunded the balance immediately.People look like they enjoy working there, are patient and respectful.Changing rooms have energy saver lights which dim when no one is using them, which was awesome to see!

Staff have no interest in customer service. When I asked one staff member where kids swimwear was, she didn't even look up but grunted yes and pointed in the direction of the rack.

Nice, I have bought one jacket for my wife.

This store is one of the most easiest places to steal from, barely anything is tagged not even coats or expensive things like that. the staff don't care at all so it's very easy. the other H&M tag everything but this one you can tell they don't care. 10/10

Visited back in July when the H&M app advised a coat my daughter wanted was unavailable in her size at our local H&M. We drove 2 hours across the city to witness the worst customer service in a clothing store I have ever experienced.Staff were unhelpful, all staff members would shrug us off telling us to check the app, which still showed the product in stock. Staff then told us it was sold some time today. Proceeded to search for the coat myself in their store and found it in the front display window. Embarrassing.Had to go through 3 different staff members before finding one willing to check and confirm for us. After confirming we were still unable to purchase the coat as staff was unwilling to take it down, despite this being the last coat available. Why they are advertising clothes they do not have available for purchase in the front window is baffling. I was advised I would have to pick the coat up 3 weeks later in store.We took our business to Uniqlo, I would advise anyone reading this to do the same. Purchased a beautiful coat, after being assisted by the first sales assistant we encountered. This H&M is not worth the visit. You would have a similar or better experience just by shopping off the H&M app.

Great range of clothing for an awesome price. I was served by Savi at the checkout and his customer service was sensational! He was really fun to have a quick chat with and even let me know I could get 10% off my purchase through H & M rewards! 10/10 experience and I’ll be back again soon for sure.

Very well lit and large store. Stocks cheap fast fashion clothes for men, women & kids. Also has a homewares section. No matter how busy it gets expect only 1 register to be open and no matter how long the line is they still hassle you about ‘becoming a H&M member’ which is always draining as.

Plenty of variety to choose from. Work- wear or casual fits can be found. The sizes max about XL which probably is around 16-18. The staff generally leave you alone but are quite helpful if you ask.
