I have always believed that a good local mechanic is better than a dealer. For four years I had my car serviced by the dealer, but a ridiculous quote from a Service Consultant" showed he had no knowledge of mechanicals

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted with this business. They kept my car for over a week and a half. When I came to pick it up they gave me a $2500+ invoice which included: windscreen wipers, timing belt kit, brake pads, filter change, a service etc. I had to wait 30 mins for my car, which is annoying after waiting 10 or so days, but I realise now it's because they had not really worked on it and were quickly throwing things together. A couple months later I suspected my car alternator was playing up so I took it to another mechanic. This mechanic confirmed my timing belt was on the verge of breaking - it had splits in two places and had DEFINITELY NOT been replaced by star tech. He said the filter they put in my car was for petrol - my car is a diesel. My oil was black and thick, windscreen wipers hadn't been changed, and the brake pads had not been properly installed as they had neglected to grind them down properly- they were a cheap brand despite charging me a premium cost on the invoice. They also had the nerve to charge me nearly $550 for “labor” when they obviously did the bare minimum on my car (if anything at all). Should have asked for the parts but I didn't foresee such a scam. Bunch of liars. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Never before have I not been ripped off by a mechanic far less me feeling like I had ripped them off! They were sensational the service was impeccable I will never go anywhere else again. They gave me a free hire car, we're so friendly and informative, charged me a fraction of what they should have for labor and I mean a fraction id say 3/4 less or more just so they would say within my budget. I cannot recommend them enough.

Every now and then you come across some exceptional people and yesterday was one such occasion for my partner and myself. We had an emergency electrical repair that was attended to in such a timely manner that it blew me away. Not only professional but selfless and caring and treated us with the utmost respect. Went above and beyond and I cannot put into words how much stress was taken off our shoulders thanks to their reassurance from the very first phone call. If you're looking for some someone knowledgeable, ethical who puts their customer's needs first, you could not pick anyone better to look after your vehicle. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends without a hesitation. Thank you once again for restoring our faith in humanity. You guys are simply THE BEST!!!

Yes PatHave use your business have the recite. $900 to you for the repair to my high pressure pump which started leaking 60 km after picking up my van. $300 to replace my vacuum line and fan belt which was 3 months old and broke 20 km after pick up.To be told that I must have broken the belt because you did not touch it , 1 inch away from the pump you did not tighten in to place well enough. Keep milking it bloke you have staff to pay.In fairness it was offered to look at it 8 days later but nar will not trust you again

Took my Mercedes for a engine noise which couldn’t find by any reputed dealer around the area and I was given huge quotes of big bucks costs me grands and grands to fix the noise . Some of them were saying needs an engine, others thought was new timing chain etc... but these guys fixed it under few bucks which was just by a engine oil flush and engine oil change afterwards. I think you don’t need any other examples to prove their professionalism and to take your car there. Highly recommend.
