Lady at the reception charged me $100 for 1/2 tank when returning the car. Had a phone call and said I'll be back in a second, however she's already closed the rental and charged this additional money...Came much earlier than I should and could easily go to a petrol station and refuel... Well... that's how they make money....

Excellent Customer service.Due to the fire emergency I had to return my car to the batemans bay Hertz instead of Sydney where it was booked to return.The young girl was so lovely it was not a problem. It's so nice to get great Service.
