The best customer service I have had in years! As soon as I walked in, was immediately taken care of. Harold solved every inquiry and complication I had. all the while with the friendliest and most genuine attitude. He even helped me with problems that didn't involve the company, personal issues that he took an interest in to solve. Absolutely one of a kind, would recommend this store over and above any other in Sydney. He made my day and eased my stresses over Vodafone.

Outstanding service by the dynamic team lead by owner Harold who truly is clever caring and gets the job done. Harold hired Dan and he is a wonderful asset to the team wh explains everything and gives solutions I will not go anywhere else and I highly recommend the team.

My partner and I called in to this store after a day landing in Sydney on a holiday not knowing much of what way things work. The level of professionalism and helpfulness is hard to put in to words. Two employees really looked after us and made the whole process so easy. Would really recommend anyone to call in to this store for any requirements regarding Vodafone’s services.

Excellent customer service! I switched back to Vodafone tonight after having a great customer experience at this Leichhardt store. My previous provider is just a few doors from Vodafone and to have two very different experiences minutes within each other made it very easy for me to switch back.Harold is easy going and knows the products really well so have a chat with him about anything and he will work out the best deal for you.Thank you Harold @ Vodafone Leichhardt!

Harold is my new best friend. Best customer service ever. I had been to a couple of other major stores looking for help with transferring data from a damaged phone to my new phone. Everyone else was too worried about the next customer to assist. Harold managed to find a way to do the transfer and stayed back after he was due to close to make sure everything had worked. Cannot recommend highly enough.
