I am not someone to write bad reviews but I believe this is very important to not do so.If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.I would NOT recommend this vet to ANYONE.They have ZERO compassion for animals andthey have horrible customer service.We would bring our dogs to them regularly for veterinary assistance and they would either brush it off as not important enough or throw medication down our dogs throat instead of actually inspecting our dogs for problems.We ended up with 7 different bottles and two boxes of medication for ONE dog.They never listened to us at all. They simply did not care for us our our dogs. We would ask for X-rays and they would just “forget” to do them during our visit.They conducted a surgery on one of our dogs for cancer without even doing an X-ray before hand. Now the cancer has spread to her bones.We would come to them and say what we believe our dog has Example: Our eldest dog had lost 10kgs in 3 weeks, we believed it was (lung) cancer and were wanting to get rid of it before it progressed worse - or even just to know for our peace of mind. They told us “Oh it’s just a bad chest infection.” They gave us medication for said ‘chest infection’, Our dog passed away the next day..When we would be waiting on results for the procedures they would do, we would have to be the ones to chase them up on it, as they forget to tell us the results.They are just money hungry.Why would you take up a career in caring for animals and not actually care? What is the point?I’m so disappointed..
