one of the new guys there did a fade on my hair, don't know his name started with a 'p' I believe. Wasnt happy with the fade, was un even and could clearly see some lines (was very slow also....I dont mind if there slow and do a great job however). Ive honestly done a better job at home fading it myself. There website states highly qualified and experienced stylists" (I just didn't get that in my experience with the new guy) The other stylists who have been there a while always do a great job on my hair so if you go there just ask for experienced staff. No need to contact me to discuss further. Gave 4 star because I didn't want one negative experience take over the whole experience. but if I was to grade my last haircut i would have given a 2 star"

Disappointed! Uneven haircut. I explained to him what I wanted in full detail. Just nodded his head and kept saying yeh yeh. Half way into hair cut I new it wasn’t what I asked for. Fade was way to high when I asked for a mid fade. You could see lines of where the clippers were touched. Uneven length. Marks of the clippers hitting my hair. It was my first time here. I usually go to a different barber but I wanted to try here. Never going back for sure.

Today I paid $45 for the hair cut which I didn't want . The person cut my hair didn't listened at all . Honestly, I could pay $15 for the same hair cut.No customer service at all.In my eyes, this salon is not value for your money.@ Salon Owner, you need to value your customers money and listen to their request carefully.Many Thanks

I took my 12 year old son here and he has never liked having his hair cut. Probably had his hair cut professionally twice in his life - meaning a lifetime of very average hair cuts by me. The barber who cut my son’s hair was lovely, super professional and the hair cut was great. I watched a few men of various ages leave with their new hair cuts and they were all very good and suited each customer. I think the pricing is very reasonable when you know you’ll get a great hair cut every time. The atmosphere was also relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend Col Nayler at Newmarket.

Mixed bag depending on who you get...avoid Milad...twice he's done a bad job...cant be bothered by the looks of it, even disappeared on his phone halfway through...now got a stylish line of half cut hair around the side of my head where he didnt blend in the timmers properly - not good.The asian lady and the tall young guy with the tatoos are both good. Had my haircut by them a few times and always a good job.Edit:Updated my review to 1 star as I've just realised the bad job he's done with trimming around my ears (one looks totally different to the other side) and the state of the chunks taken out of my fringe.Worst hair cut I've had by far. Impressively bad for $40

Went in for my shoulder length hair to be cut, the barber who’s name is sunny did an extraordinary job. First cut in 3 years and I will definitely go back. Although it was a $40 cut, I’m very happy with the job he did

Great most of the time..This has been my local hair dresser for 7 months now, and for the most part, they offer excellent services and cuts.However, just like any hairdresser, results will vary depending on who cuts your hair.I've managed to have both my best ever, and worst ever haircut from here. I've also had one hairdresser struggle to use her equipment, claiming that it was overdue for a clean and that her clipper was clogged because of that.I'm still confident in getting my hair cut here, but I definitely choose who's doing the cutting.
