The team at Ultimate Kitchens & Bathrooms in Essendon were awesome to deal with. We knew broadly what style we wanted for our larger-than-usual en suite bathroom renovation but needed help (and lots of it) to pick tiles, colours, fixtures and all of the other details. We met with a designer who helped us choose everything and we felt very safe in their experienced hands. All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Our bathroom ended up taking 6 weeks to complete and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our project manager and all of the trades were professional and respectful of our house and our time. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was brilliant. We're now thinking of renovating the kids bathroom and will definitely be going back to the team at UK&B Essendon.

We recently had our ensuite renovated and the end product was nothing short of outstanding. Under the watchful eye of site manager, Nathan, we couldn't be more happier with the entire process. The tradies were all professional with high standards, puntual and respectful of our home. Nathan completed the project with an eye for detail as if it were his own home. The lead up was fantastic with plans, measurements and flexibility, nothing was left to chance and it went like clockwork as to their delivery dates. We can highly recommend Ultimate for your project. Well done!!!

We had our kitchen and bathroom renovated in July. As expected there were a few minor complications and not great communication with us. We were generally happy enough with the work but when we did the final handover, there were still multiple things incomplete that they said was part of any normal handover. After the handover, their communication stopped completely. I had to call multiple times to get any outstanding job finished and felt like I was project managing our renovations, which is annoying when you’ve spent so much money. Finally someone came out and did the final jobs in October, but there were a few items he still couldn’t do himself. The jobs he completed on the day were good. We still have those minor outstanding jobs incomplete in almost January. I have called multiple times with no response.

Ultimate were very professional and a delight to work with. Our project involved remodelling both bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry so involved most of the house floorplan. Eugene worked with our ideas guiding us and suggesting what was realistic and achievable. The costs were fully worked out before the project started and came in right on budget. Our work was during Melbourne's lockdown period and Scott our Project Manager was creative in ways of keeping the work continuing. The trades were highly skilled and cleaned up as they went, important as we were living on site. Ultimate breaks the mould of the stereotype of a builder - they were amazing!
