Recently moved to the Rockdale area; first Christmas with a totally seafood menu - placed my Christmas order with Seafood World. I'll be doing the same thing next year. The prawns were sweet and succulent, the oysters were fresh and inviting and the raw salmon was divine.

Seafood World has always had the best seafood. Everytime i have purchased from there, the seafood has been the freshest & best quality you could get and for a very reasonable price. The staff has always been so friendly & helpful & have always gone the extra mile whenever I have gone there. The seafood I ordered for new years had everyone talking & i can't thank Seafood World enough!

The clothes are really small cut around the arms - they don't make allowance for bigger arms as your sizes go up.

Good selection of fruits and vegetables but very rude staff. Don't ask any question, just buy what you see and bill it. Store is recently renovated and looks good however some attention needed on staff training.

Normally I shop at Roselands and salmon is approximately $30 a kilogram. While on an errand I dropped by Rockdale to discover their significantly higher rate, $38 dollars a kilo. You'd think the fish would at least be equivalent to Roselands in terms of quality but unfortunately it isn't. The fish here is not that good at all, and the higher prices make it completely ridiculous. The staff are polite enough but other than that I have nothing positive to say.

My sister lived in the Plaza & I discovered Seafood World as a result. Always brilliant seafood , I live near Bathurst & now she has moved away from Rockdale & when in town I still make a beeline to buy fish to take on the 3 hour trip home.No worries getting my fish double wrapped with ice for the trip , filleted & ready to go. Brilliant.I won't spill the beans on what fish I buy as it might drive up the price , I was brought up on this great Aussie fish , it's a real treat to still enjoy the Seafood World quality & service after all these years.Well done you lot,CheersIan

Tried this place as from the outside their prices look competitive, but was extremely disappointed - their fruit and veg produce didn’t even last two days before it had to be thrown out! I won’t be a return customer!
