I would not advise anyone to buy from here. Product arrived smaller than stated, terrible quality and entirely overpriced. Tried to return for a refund and did not receive the approx $90 that I originally spent - after being given the wrong info from crazy costume about how to return. Rude customer service via telephone. Do not purchase from here. Oh - and don't try to send an email, they won't respond.

Purchased costume via mydeal.com.au in March 2021.Couriers Please advised (30/3) that costume was damaged/destroyed.Email and phone communication from mydeal.com.au (1/4/21) advise that we contact Costume Crazy directly.Paul from Costume Crazy requests copies of email communication with courier and mydeal.com.au (1/4/21).Called Costume Crazy 21/4 and 28/4 leaving message for a return phone call.Email communication with mydeal.com.au (15/5/21) with no response.Email and phone call (Message) with Costume Crazy (31/5/21) requesting follow up, dispatch times or refund.Email communication from Costume Crazy (4/6/21) requesting order number and contact... AGAINEmail and phone call (Message) with Costume Crazy (10/6/21) requesting full refund.Phone call with Paul at Costume Crazy (17/6/21), now to be told all communication, refunds etc to be directed via mydeal.com.au. Apparently emails were returned to me, but when prompted to forward the supposed emails, I was again advised to send my query to mydeal.com.au. Was also advised that they do not have my required costume in stock!!Yes, I am extremely frustrated and cranky.Yes, Costume Crazy's customer service is deplorable.I own a small business which is 15 years old and if I conducted our business like this, I'd be closed

Very poor service. I called the warehouse to get information about the location in order to buy a costume for my son but none told me that they won't even allow me to get into the place. When I got there someone came to the door and tried to serve me while I was standing outside. I showed him the product code and when I asked him if I could see both small and medium sizes so I can decide which one fits my son better, the answer of the sales person" was that he didn't have time for that. On top of that when i bought the product he told me that they dont accept cards but only cash. I had to drive back to the petrol station to get cash out. When I finally got back he gave me the costume without providing with a receipt. Unacceptable. Never buying again."

Stay away from this unethical company!I purchased a jacket about 2 months ago and got the product with a broken zip. I emailed and requested for a return and refund which they agreed. I have returned the product but still havent got my refund. I emailed several times and didnt get any response and when I called i was told the refund is in process but refuse to take my details and just hung up on me. That was well over 2 weeks ago. Still haven't gotten my refund or a response. Disgusting people running this business. Stay away from them! Reporting them to the consumer affairs!

I was sceptical to go to this pl from the reviews but I did an thankful I did.The assistant was very helpful to my wife in picking the right size. The costume was exactly as described. Will be definitely going back for any other costumes that I many need in the future.

Do not buy from this company, they do not care about their customers, bought defected shoes on My Deal and would not process a refund.Avoid them all together on all online platforms.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! If i could give them zero stars i would!!!! Service is shocking!!! We bought a dog costume from this store in November 2020 however as the size was too big for our dog we reached out to the store to return this item for refund. TO THIS DAY WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND 2 MONTHS LATER!! We returned the parcel to the store but they still refuse to refund us and give us our money back! I was told I will look into this" and I am still waiting! BEWARE. They are robbers! Will never buy from them again!"

Delivery fast without fuss which i give the stars for. Majority of the costume was like the picture, but I bought the Grand Adult Han Solo Costume thinking for paying top dollar for the best one would be get me a reasonable quality as i dont usually buy costumes on line for that reason,as your not sure what you get. Most of the costume was like the picture but the belt was soft plastic and not the same as the image as , it looked better quality. you'd think for that price you'd get something that resembled leather, of course i didnt expect leather, but theres many faux leather products that look real. Also the size offered was standard only and extra large i chose the standard as even though my husband was a few cm smaller in measurements thought it wouldnt be too much of a problem. but it was huge and swam on him especially the pants which i had to pay to get altered. Basically if you buy site unseen dont expect it to be exact or it to fit, so i've learnt my lesson, if you have to buy on line buy cheap then you dont get disappointed that you've paid top dollar, and dont be fooled by the title.
