positive: great location, nice reception staffnegative: view out of apartment 10 onto other building or staircase, only bathroom sink did not drain - had to clean out age old gunk and hairs as no staff on weekend, dust on all surfaces (cupboard shelves, bed side tables), long steep stairs in apartment not suitable for small children, brush for cleaning covered in layers of dust, no fly/mosquito screens on windows.

Great location and facilities, beds were very comfy! Fantastic staff, even gave all four of us a lift to the airport when every taxi and Uber was cancelling on us, would have missed our flight otherwise!

Greeted by a very friendly host who had everything ready to go, answered all my queries and had our beach towels organised as requested at the time of booking. Apartment was super roomy and clean and came with a nice balcony enjoying ocean views. Everything on hand needed to enjoy our stay and bonus Greek Restaurant on-site which was nice and beach a 1 minute walk along with shopping strip.Highly recommend

Been here many times. Rooms have ac. Close to beach and centre of town. Has pool and nice walking routes. Very quiet and gives great vibes.

Great location, unfortunately the rainy weather prevented us from using the generous balcony and the pools. Fabulous oven, but no instruction booklet. Would we come again ? The answer would be yes.

Very outdated in the upkeep of the unit. More like a hospital ward than a relaxing resort. No colour in the place.....very basic foxtel, needed a telescope to see find the TV it was so small. Super small fridge and no pantry. 6 flights of stairs which was no fun getting groceries up and bags for a 10 day stay. STEPS WERE SLIPPERY when wet from kids in the pool and from rain.Would I come back again..... NOPE. Would I recommend it..... N O P E

I visited a friend here I didn't use any of the amenities. I found the room to be nice and clean and it had a balcony. I enjoy rooms with a balcony can sit and look, have a drink, watch the waves as it was right on water front. I would try it for myself at another time.

Staff are exceptional. Very professional and friendly. Food is excellent and heaps of it and the service is very quick.

From the minute we arrived we knew we had picked the right place to stay. The staff member who checked us in was an absolute delight. The apartment was massive and fresh and clean. The pool is gorgeous. The view from the balcony is great. The beds are comfy. It was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay!

Central to everything and the staff were super friendly during booking and on arrival.Downside was the abrupt note left on my wife’s car at 1005 advising we needed to life the car as checkout was 10. We had been waiting on a friend bringing back car keys they had taken by mistake. We had however vacated rooms by 8amAlso there are no lifts which made it very difficult for our friends who had bad knees and the pool doesn’t have a hand rail so makes it tricky to get in and out.We weren’t aware this wasn’t accessible accomodation with the stairs being narrow and shallow so difficult to navigate with luggage2 storey apartment was laid out oddly with beds and toilet at the bottom and living upstairs.
