Staff here are helpful and slow.If you do need to hire gear from here, make sure you get in early in the morning.

Never take your skis here, my friends both took skis to get mounted here told them exactly were to mount them, went to pick them up and they mounted them in the completely wrong place. Had to get re mounted which means that they cannot be changed again…. only offered 50 dollars snow dough lol steer clear everyone

The staff is not supportive and is always grave for money.From Southeast Asia, I went for a ski for the first time on 12 Aug 22 on Mt Buller before the season ended. However, staff recommended purchasing one day lift which cost me in total of AUD290. The lift brought me to an area that was too steep. Instead of not asking to wait for the class, one of the staff did not provide helpful information about where to ski for the beginner.There are many people in the area, so it was not fun. It was hard to control and balance myself during the ski. I also bumped into the barrier when I skied.When I finished skiing early, the staff talked to each other while I struggled to take off the ski boots by myself. You may imagine how you feel if it is your first-time skiing.

The salesman was very helpful despite being busy. I didn't buy anything but he was ok with that.
