Many thanks and full marks to Arthur at Kleenit Cockburn for a job well done recently. We discovered that there was more to do than expected given the condition of the floor but Arthur persevered to ensure that it was done to his satisfaction.Working with Arthur was a pleasure with good communications and updates on how we were to work around the problems and I was fully informed of any changes to the scope of work and price (to which I agreed).Prompt service, a friendly can-do approach and excellent workmanship - he is a credit to Kleenit and I can recommend him without reservation.
