I had my makeup done by Penney on Saturday and I just wanted to reach out to say it was the best application I have ever had done. She listened and didn’t cake on my makeup and did exactly as I wanted without needing to explain too much. She was very knowledgeable and I left feeling amazing.Thank you!!! Will definitely try and book in with her again.

Felt so welcome by the team at Southland, i honestly was in store for 2 hours trying different products. It was Cheyenne who patiently helped me as she answered all my questions and was able to recommend the best things for my skin/skin tone!! So knowledgeable i was so impressed. She also booked me in for a beauty lab session which was with a girl called Ferryn who was also super lovely and helpful!! My local is Chadstone but i find it too overwhelming being a bigger and busier store. I will be back!!

Jessica from Mecca Southland was wonderful. She has been extremely patient and helpful to help me with a different range of lipstick. No forceful sale. She even gave me a small sample to try before purchasing. Definitely come back to the store!

Special mention to Lauren for going above and beyond for my mother and I. I felt so beyond heard at Mecca with genuine interest to help all of my concerns; my mum is never usually one to speak up about her problems but she was made to feel comfortable enough to ask about her own skin and makeup concerns. We learnt so much and left with a whole new routine and make up tips that we've been using this week and we wanted to pass on the feedback that everything she recommended and passed on has been put to good use, and with such positive results!!! Very grateful!

I just wanted to say thank you so much to (Mischa Barton) she knows who she is :) she was so helpful and so amazing to my 12 year old daughter who was learning about drunk elephant and how to use the products correctly. Jessica was so lovely and helpful when I came in. I was looking for a tinted moisturizer and I've never used one before. She helped me swatch a few and clarified the differences between the brands. She helped me find exactly what suited my needs. And gave me some samples to test it out. Additionally, she helped me with skincare, she was very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again :)

Went to Mecca to help my mother get some foundation and basically a new face routine. We had a lovely girl named Sammy who helped my mum out heaps and answered all of her questions professionally and kindly. Sammy went above and beyond and we definitely appreciated it!!

The team here is amazing! I had literally no experience whatsoever with makeup and Cheyanne did a fantastic job explaining everything. Her patience was absolutely brilliant also. I genuinely believe this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Thank you!!
