Right from the beginning of the process Charles was friendly, helpful and efficient. When you are selling the family home you need a Charles in your corner. The very first visit Charles arrived with all the information we needed and within an hour of our first phone call to NGU/Charles. There was never any pressure and Charles was very forthcoming answering all of our questions. We totally recommend Charles and his team and a special mention to Brady and Chloe. Charles has extensive knowledge of the market and gave my husband and I excellent guidance in helping us get our house on the market, he set reasonable expectations (then exceeded those!).Getting our house on the market took us just over a year and all through that time Charles was there helping and guiding us. Not once was he ever impatient with us. He was so helpful and not to mention he is very kind and a calm person which helped with the process too. Would highly recommend Charles!
