Info on Web is wrong. Gio office in Port Macquarie does not exist. Very very difficult to get to speak to sensible person on phone. They put me on hold for long long time till call dropped out.

Before you buy a policy, try calling their claims department. It will take you a minimum of 45 minutes to get through. In my experience, it takes them 3 weeks to decide what action to take on a claim. After escalating our claim and speaking with senior claims people, all they tell us is that “It’s a process” and it can’t be sped up any more. Pathetic customer service. Will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
