The customer service here needs a lot of work. I came and asked for scarves, the assistant asked the other assistant to help with the scarves to which she replied very dryly “mhm”. She preferred to just stand around than do her job.

I genuinely think the girls get paid to talk on their phones rather than help customers! Very rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. The Chester Hill branch is much better

Stay far away. Their exchange and return policy is very unfair and works against the customer and causes wastage of perfectly new clothes with tags. There are other Islamic clothing businesses that you can support, which sincerely centre themselves on halal and fair transactions, and avoid unnecessary wastage of clothes.
