We engaged David and Systematic Wall Removals, for removal of a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room. David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and promptly putting my mind at ease.He showed up on time, was very quick and completed the job to a very high standard. Both he and Sam were very polite, and they cleaned up all the mess before leaving.He managed the permit and inspection also.Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience, and the outcome was everything we asked for.Thanks David and Sam.

I got a lot of quotes and did my research on finding the right person to take out my wall. I was first nervous about how cheap systematic wall removals were to be honest. I called David about it and he explained everything in detail. He explained that other companies over quote to organize all the other trades. He was correct. His communication, workmanship and pricing is second to none. I had the time to organize the other trades and saved thousands not hundreds. More importantly everything was cleaned up and all the rubbish taken away. When I first researched SWR I was also wary of the small amount of reviews, that’s how I personally look for the right person. However every business needs to start some where. I would highly recommend SWR.

David and his team did a brilliant job of removing a few structural walls for our renovation. They were punctual, easy to work with and left the site neat and tidy. All at a competitive price. Will definitely engage him again in the future if we need more walls removed.

I have used Systematic Wall Removals for two jobs now. I got them in for the second job because of the professionalism they showed in the first. I have a lot of confidence in their ability to work to precise engineering specifications to produce a quality result. There is also a genuine effort to perform the work in such a way so as to keep subsequent/future renovation costs to a minimum. Dave and Samuel are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, turned up when they said they would, and finished on time. I originally engaged them to remove a wall. They turned up and it was gone the same day. They also assisted me with structural reinforcements to my roof in a way that saved me a lot of stress and time. Highly recommended.

David removed a number of internal brick walls from my house. He was excellent to work with, his quote was very reasonable, and the job was completed far more quickly than I anticipated. Absolutely recommend him and his team!
