Bluff Spur Memorial Hut
This hut is a popular spot for summit hiker and skiers during the snow season and other recreational users all year round. The hut has bunks for four, a drop toilet nearby, wood stove with wood store shed and a water tank, though when I visited the tap itself was not 100%.Plenty of good room to set up hike tents in a picturesque sheltered alpine environment. Telstra has good 4G coverage due to essential LOS to Mt Buller.

Bluff Spur Memorial Hut
A beautiful hut just shy of the summit of Mt Stirling. We were lucky to experience 2 wonderful nights sleeping here amongst the snowgums. This spot provided an excellent base to hike to Mt Buller as a day trip as well as dinner whilst we perched at the summit, a truly special moment in the Victorian high country. A place not to miss for those who love the outdoors and trudging the Stirling mountainside.

After a long hike we found a hut which is perfect for rest. It provides you with bunk bed, campfire and toilet. There's chairs made from trees and beautiful sunset spot for us to enjoy.

Great little hut to shelter from bad weather. Pot belly heater works a treat... Too good in fact! Crack open a window if more than a couple of bods in there. Plenty of flat camping around the hut. Water tank and toilet. Parks & Pajero 4wd club keep it in top nick.

Bluff Spur Memorial Hut
Great spot to stop over for a bit of refuge, congrats to the Pajero Club for putting this up and maintaining it. Shame on either Mt Buller/Mt Stirling or Parks Victoria for ripping people off $116 for a day pass then to only groom the track once that we saw. Its just not the same as Mt Buller, and not maintained in the same way and then using voluteers like the Pajero Club to do a fair share of the hard work for you.

Such a magical place! Warm inside the hut with company from a friendly rat - Melisa. Good area to relax around and its close to the summit. Beautiful sunsets near the hut too :)
