They have gone to great lengths to provide correct parts on the several occasions i have required them. I will be hauling the boat an extra 150km from ballina to have my 140 serviced there at GC

Beware All Professional boaties. If your time is valuable or you need to rely on getting an engine serviced don't use Mark. Impossible to get a firm service appointment for an engine, you cross your fingers he'll return your call or text. The more you use his business the worse it seems to get. Whether it's for a new engine or old ..... he treats customers with contempt. Can't wait for another Suzuki dealer..... please Suzuki appoint another dealer.

I have always received 5 star service from Mark. Great service and competitive price. Good service seems to be getting harder to find these days so it’s nice to receive it with GC Suzuki Marine. I have been using Mark for past 3 years and will continue to do so. Thanks Mark for the quality service!!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Mark at Gold Coast Suzuki Marine.Had used them to repower my boat with a 350 (used motor) a year or so ago, the install was immaculate and they did a heap of little extras that made it a very neat install (filled in holes from old gauges and binnacle).Most recently they assisted with a warranty claim that was originally denied by Suzuki, after a month or so it was approved which helped me out massively.Can’t rate them enough!

Mark and the team did an excellent job upgrading the outboard on my rib. Neat job on the console and wiring underneath, as well as professional routing of the engine cables. It is evident they take pride in their work, I got the NMEA2000 interface fitted as well to my sounder and they set this up as well so I've full integration between the suzuki digital gauge and Lowrance. Very happy. Thanks to all at GC Suzuki Marine.

Mark and staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile, when I purchased a second hand 100 HP Suzuki. His professional advice and product knowledge was invaluable for making that tough decision on the purchase. I have had the motor for a few months now and so glad that I spent the money on a Suzuki.

Both Penny and I run and own Gold Coast BBQ Boat Hire, and we do not enjoy leaving negative feedback, nor do we make a habit of doing so. We have purchased two Suzuki Outboards from them, and have to say, that their service and after sales service is probably the worst we have experienced in this industry. We have been chasing a service since the 14th of November and this has still not been done. We purchased both engines, making it very clear that we run a boat hire business, and require on site servicing in our Marina, which is not far from their workshop. We are fully aware, that if the engines are not serviced, the warranty could be voided, not that the warranty is much to write home about either. We have had starting trouble since day one, and this was not completely rectified for over 7 months, and then we had to pay for this repair. We have had an electric tilt failure, and this was not attended to by Suzuki at all. We had to fix this ourselves. You cannot ring them, as all calls go to message bank and 99% of time are not returned. On the subject of engines themselves, I would have to say that we still prefer Yamahas and will certainly go back to these for our boats, as these are quieter, and easier to service and repair.

Honest and prompt service. They also took the time to help me work out the correct part for my outboard issues.
