Prolec Electrical And Air

I paid for a brand NEW Panasonic aircon unit to be installed, which was done in August 2020. The only thing is, this unit has NEVER worked! I’ve tried numerous time over the last few weeks to get Regan back out, he either doesn’t get back to me OR does and locks in a time and date only to pull a no show! I’ve got no choice no but to report him to ACCC! I have a baby, a toddler and an elderly mother. We live in Ipswich where THE SUMMERS ARE HOT!! he took our hard earned money and ghosted us! Leaving us with a dud. C’mon Regan! Do the right thing! Either fix or replace the unit that’s only 10 weeks old and never worked! It’s not rocket science!!!!

Regan at Prolec and his tradies are professional and preform quality work in good time. I've used their services 3 times now. Oven connection, new power point and 2 x Aircon installs. Brian and his offsider were friendly, communicated well and did a fantastic job.Call Regan at Prolec for top quality service.

Very impressed with the removal of my old air-conditioning and the replacement air-conditioning installation. Reegan came and quoted us a very reasonable price ... He was respectful, on time and knowledgeable. Luckily we were able to recieve the quote within a few hours and sort out installation the very next day. Reegan did all the work quickly and tidily. I would highly recommended this service.

This company is without a doubt the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had dealings with. Regan is ignorant never gets back. Leaves faulty work air conditioning leaking like a waterfall. Eventually takes it and never returned with a new one so now I’ve paid for an aircon I don’t have. He’s a lying incompetent ignorant person of pour quality and standing. Save your time go to a reportable company that prides it’s self of quality workmanship. This company is a complete joke.

We have used Prolec a couple of times now to fix things around the house. The first time was to replace our outside lights. Regan explained the various options (Bulb replacement, LED light and fitting replace) and what the pros and cons were for each one. He also provided a quote on both options and was open to whatever choice we made. The other electricians we asked to quote for the work did not explain the options and only provided a quote for the replacement of bulbs.The second occasion was to replace a ceiling fan and fix one of our indoor down lights that was not working.On both occasions the work has been done to a high standard and Regan has been upfront and kept us completely informed along the way especially around cost (which has been quite competitive). We will definitely use Prolec next time we need an electrician

Recently Regan done a aircon install job in Ipswich and was paid in full..aircon not going. Customer has elderly mother.. a baby and herself..Has tried contacting Regan multiple times..no answer..Do the right thing..they did by paying upfront...

Had a great experience with Regan, he came out after hours to quote some jobs and was easy to get hold of and chat to about what we wanted to have done. The guys he sent out did a great job installing some interior lights, they didn't muck around everything was completed within an hour. Will definitely use them for future jobs.

Regan is an unscrupulous person and an incompetent electrician.When he makes a mistake he tries to blame it on someone else or abandons the job and stops answering his phone.He see's no value in upholding his reputation or being a reasonable person to deal with.Use a different electrician.

My experience with Regan has been nothing but amazing. I have used Prolec multiple times for aircons and lighting needs and he has exceeded my expectations! I will always use Prolec & Regan :)
