A Mano Cafe
Been there twice. First experience was great, coffee for take away was great and I would have given 5 stars. My second time was different. The vanilla slice is way better than most places yet still the pastry was a bit soggy soft, not crunchy and the super eco friendly, time saver, disposable, wooden knife to cut it was absolutely useless, had the exact same effect as trying to cut with the wooden fork.The young lady made my doppio into what I would describe as a very short long black. Basically a long black after you tip 3/4 of the water out and transfer it into a small cup. No so good. I believe it is a training issue. If you market yourself as an Italian Cafe I expect great, strong, dark roasted coffee.

Visit over the long weekend and enjoyed a coffee and sneaky bite to eat with my partner. We got the meatbal sub and the breaky burrito and both were so insanely delicious! Our coffees were good and the staff were so friendly. I have been a few times before to grab coffee and a some of their treats, which have always been a big hit when i take them to picnics. Will definitely be back again!

Dropped in for a quick look-see and picked up a ricotta-filled sfogliatella to enjoy as a pre-lunch snack. Not much in the way of seating available so ended up eating it in the car. Nice to try something less familiar to my palate and I’ll have to explore more of the offerings another time.

A small cafe which does a decent coffee. A few seats outside on pavement & some inside. It's a popular place for takeaway coffee & even if you choose to have it there It's still served in takeaway cups. Pleasant service

Wow-what a little gem. Authentic Italian sweets. Variety and charm of its own. Friendly staff. Good coffee. It seems it has its loyal patronage. Certainly will be back.

I ordered some trays of A Manos amazing vanilla slice to have for the celebration after my mother's funeral as it was her favourite. Gabriella was so friendly and helpful and the slice was absolutely amazing. It was gone within seconds. What a wonderful cafe owned by the most beautiful people.

My family absolutely loves a Mano! The coffee is delicious, and made exactly to our personal tastes. The staff are warm, welcoming and listen carefully to what we say. The cakes are exquisite - made, with skill and love, at a Mano, and are traditional Italian cakes, slices and biscuits, ranging from peanut butter cookies to superb canola. Delicious savoury food is also served here. We are really glad that we bought a house within walking distance of a Mano. a Mano is our absolute favourite coffee cafe in Brisbane!
