Absolutely fantastic experience and one of the best hair cuts and colours I’ve had in a long time! Not many hairdressers know how to cut curly hair, but these lovely ladies have the Midas touch.

Booked an appointment well in advance for a special occasion. Was kept waiting 15 minutes because they “forgot” I was there. Finally acknowledged my presence & left me alone again. Walked out after 30 minutes. There are many salons in Beaconsfield/Berwick area that are very welcoming to new clients. I’d put this one on the bottom of the list.

Best salon with amazing staff. Amanda is the best hairdresser - have had my hair done many times and she is so talented and creative. I always leave feeling gorgeous and receive so many comments about how great my hair looks. Don’t go anywhere else!

I got my hair done from brown to blonde over a month ago at Premiere hair. Mel did the process and she is absolutely amazing with hair, I couldn't have been happier. More than a month later, and my hair is still such a nice blonde shade!

Poor customer service, unless you are between 16-20 years old forget it, waited 35 mins. while some bloke with bright green hair spent over 40 minutes cutting a 13 y.o. boys hair. Rest of staff (2 females) served another client that came in 15min. after I did. Completely ignored me, wont be back, ended up walking out, hair dresser 2 doors down far better and cheaper.

Kianne is amazing! She’s innovative and up to date with hair and product trends which means your hair will always look top notch! She doesn’t skimp on product and approach. Everyone is a treated like a valued client. Five star treatment all the way at a reasonable price! Love your work Kianne!

They are great cutters but the wait time for a mens cuts is just way too long. Shouldn't have to wait nearly an hour at lunchtime on a Friday. If you can't fit someone in you should tell them when is a better time to come back in.
