Very satisfied with the wooden floors and balustrade that was revived in my house. Definitely a business that focuses on the finer details and has years of expertise from what I gathered from one of the people working for this business. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends for their floors as well.Very happy with the job =)

Recently used this company for a project, would never use again.If his work was as good as he continuously told me it was i wouldn't have a complaint.After agreeing on a price and payment upon completion, he requested 50% upfront, i agreed on 30% and paid him, after the job was complete before we were even able to walk on it he requested the remainder of the money. Threatening Vcat, calling me a liar and telling me I was too poor to pay him, i paid him a further 30% and requested he come out to the property to inspect it to ensure it was as expected and to a quality finish.It wasn't!!! he blamed the tools, the timber, the product and even me for the poor finish.we requested another coat to be put on after it was buffed again, he agreed and started on it.Mutiple parts are now left with dirt in the finish and terrible splotches of product.Bitterly disappointing and will not recommended to anyoneI paid the remainder of the money owed to get rid of this saga of my life.
