I went to your outlet in Burwood on 12th (Saturday) 30 minutes before closing time, and the lady there told me that you are already closed for the day, and that she has to go somewhere. I advised here that I had checked the times online and there are still 30 minutes before closing. I advised her that I am here for exchange of sizes. She asked me for receipt.I provided her the printed docket / list of items that I received in the delivery box by you guys. She refused to accept that as a proof. I was shocked at her gullibility as she was refusing to accept items that are still in individual packaging, with tags and Suzannegrae packaging.I then found a receipt in my email which I showed her, and this time without even matching the contents of the receipt she grudging proceeded to take my bag.With discussing or acknowledging my issue or what I want, she started ripping the bags and I was just standing there staring.I interrupted her and advised her that I am not here for a return but an exchange in size only. Without looking around, or checking the items or available stock in her computer she handed the bags back to me and told me that I can only do refund, as we do not have these items in stock. They were around 10 pieces.This is probably the worst customer service that I have and will ever come across.

Store attendant is quite rude, I will not shop here again.

The shop attendant seemed very rude. My mother asked a question about the discounts on a particular item and the lady seemed like she wanted to pick a fight. I was shocked, maybe it was just a bad day. On the plus side, products are good and the discounts are worth it, mum seems to love it.

The fabrics for summer are far too hot. More cotton tops are needed. Polyester not suitable for summer.
