Today I went to my ride shop and was served by ( I think her name was Yvonne) and she was so lovely! I was so indecisive and she let me test ride the bikes multiple times and gave me good advice on which would be better! And then she built both bikes and had them ready to go within a few hours because I was leaving town. So helpful and I highly recommend!

Very helpful staff who can print bike routes for you for your stay in Alice Springs. Yvonne was very intuitive and extremely nice ! I had to leave Sunday (which they are closed) and I was only going to rent it for the day (Saturday). She offered to meet with me so I could return it on the Sunday! Great equipment, I got a whole other ride in with it. Amazing.

SO RUDE!!!!! I don't expect to be yelled at for moving my own bike in an attempt to be helpful. No where near another bike. I'd recommend some anger management/customer service lessons for this attendant.

Bought my first new bike in 11 years from them and got exactly what I wanted. The crew at My Ride, Alice Springs took the time to listen to what I was looking to do, and where I wanted to go. They made several recommendations in different price ranges and then fit me up to make sure I got the perfect bike. 10 out of 10
