Visiting family from Cairns, when Gp rang & asked me to get crutches for non weight bearing & a brace to stabilise knee. James had a busy scheduled day, but never hesitated to squeeze an appt in for me. James was very professional & a genuinely caring person. The best physio I have ever seen. James was exceptionally thorough and spent a lot of time understanding my issue before starting treatment. I highly recommend this practice and understand why they are so busy.

From the time you open the door you feel welcomed. Deidre is very and just a pleasure to be with. She explains everything and works with you to achieve the best possible outcome. Can’t speak highly enough about her. James is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Really knows his stuff and genuinely cares and listens to you. Again can’t speak highly enough about him
