Quest Ivanhoe

Have been staying at hotels monthly the past six months while my mother gets various tests at hospitals and every time we choose a Quest Hotel, the quality is unmatched.Tonight we stay in a two bedroom suite, which is a studio and single bedroom apartment opened up together and it’s perfect. Everything is extremely clean and inviting.What has made this experience even better is the quality of care from staff. Ease and friendliness of check in, offering to bring up food deliveries and even searching to find us an extension cord for my mothers night time ventilation.I wish I’d have remembered the names of the two lovely staff at reception, especially the one who happily came up to the room on three occasions to help. I had not disclosed that we are both disabled and how much the extra assistance has helped, so I hope they read this to know their kindness was truly appreciated.I am going to go enjoy a bath!

Room very clean and tidy. Very handy to medical, hospital, shops, supermarket and resteraunts.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Really liked the place. Clean and quiet. Has a full kitchen. Iron and ironing board included. 150MB complimentary internet daily. Good location. Safe private parking. Woolworth right next to it.

As expected of Quest standards, it’s a great place to stay in Ivanhoe. Awesome location - Woolworths located directly below, and a short walking distance to Coles, Ivanhoe station, restaurants, etc. Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Our son was born 7 weeks early and we had to be transported to the Mercy Hospital, which involved us traveling 3 1/2 hours and finding accommodation very last minute to be with him. Ashlyn was on the front desk and was kind, compassionate and helpful. She did everything she could to accommodate us given the late notice. Her friendly welcome put our mind at ease and made me comfortable staying here. Rooms are lovely and clean and the facility is well cared for. Thanks Ashlyn!

Rooms are small compared to other quests apartments. Walls seem wafer thin, can hear every movement from neighbouring rooms and corridor.

Very nice and clean and comfortable. Only one complaint stepping into the bath to have a shower not very safe for the elderly. Needs to be looked at. Thanks

We booked many months ago for a great price.Suddenly they cancel our booking due to 'maintenance'. At time of booking they had plenty of rooms available. Personally they should have cancelled someone who booked after us but it's obvious they were making more money from others. Poor service and very unfair.The owner replied but no mention why people that booked after me were not cancelled. Surely those who booked in earlier should get preference.

Loved our stay here, the most friendly staff, so clean and a great location. Highly recommend.
