Amazing studio! Beautifully decorated, impeccable customer service, and if you got time, the head and shoulder massage is absolutely worth the money. And of course, the most important thing - the haircut was amazing, many positive comments from friends! :)

got my hair straightened here! i LOVED IT. felt bad cause i kept dozing off, but they were so kind and lovely! and they didn't try to cut my hair when I asked for not cut/trim! I will definitely come here again! Thank you to the hairdresser who did my hair for me, I never got your name! You were so patient and spent so much time doing my hair! I'm so happy with it!

I have been a client with Akemi for almost 20 years, and I have not found anyone else that understands the hair and what is best for your look as much as her. Even when I moved overseas, I waited for Sydney work trip just to get my haircut and colour done at Sasuke. Looking forward to my next haircut!

5 stars! Will come back.Called at midday for a blow dry as I am traveling and forgot my straightener for an important meeting tomorrow. She stayed back to see me at 5:15, and was so delightful and friendly. Washed my hair better than I think anyone has ever washed it and the blow dry is beautiful.Thank you!

Went there to get a simple man cut, ended with one of the worst cut I had to go through in Sydney. The hairdresser never wet my hair, so when she started cutting the front, I ended up inhaling and coughing my own hair. On top of that she was very slow at doing it (30 min+ for a simple cut!) which made the overall experience excruciating. Never again.

Had my hair done by Akemi. She is super sweet, thorough and teaches you many ways to style your hair! The bonus of tea and cookie just makes it feel like home. Will be back for sure!

It was my first visit to the salon. I had a haircut done yesterday by Akemi and it turned out great. The level of service is amazing! Got a really nice wash, head massage, hot towel and even a bit of a neck massage. Im trying to grow out my hair and was a bit nervous that there would be too much cut off, however Akemi was able to cut just the right amount and give it a really good shape and it feels a bit thicker now. Everyone was really friendly and I felt welcomed and not rushed. I will do my colour there next time!Definitely recommend the salon!

Gema does the best hair cut that I have ever had. It's hard to find someone that gets it right when you have hair as long, thick and curly as mine but she gets it right every single time. She's super kind and patient and has been really good with my highlights too. Always taking the time to talk through what I want and discuss the colour. Nothing is every too much trouble with her. The salon is a calm oasis and all the staff are lovely. The head massage is amazing !

This is the first ever negative review I have published about anything. I have had good blow drys with this salon which I have been trialling out. However my last two experiences with them were negative. The first was root touch up which didn't work. I returned for them to redo it only to feel like they were doing me a favour re coloring and rough" drying [ I did decide to pay up for the $60 blow dry]. I made an appointment today for 3.30pm giving them another chance because I did like the blow drys they had done. At 3.45 I asked the stylist Irina whether she was running late as I needed to be at the station at the latest by 4.30. She said she was a bit but would get my hair washed. I then sat with my hair washed for nearly half an hour before another stylist started rough drying my hair. Both she and the owner seemed to think it was funny that they were running 45 minutes late until I corrected them that it wasn't funny. Irina started helping her and they both took 12 minutes in total to do my long thick hair. They could not dry it in my usual style so did what was supposed to be a style with volume [even my husband commented how bad it was!]. I still paid the $60 blow dry as that was expected and I was running v late and missed my appointment. Unprofessional salon and would not recommend."
