Damn slow will only do customer per person and each person was at least 5mins. Walk outs of people waiting happened. And definitely poor quality of food, cold meatballs and no sauce. I also noticed that he recycles the small meat trays for the meals, when he has enough they where taken back into the kitchen and refilled. I thought I give this shop a second chance. My financial loss. Doesn't even deserve a single star. And yes no changing of gloves

Hope you're not hungry !Talk about light on with the fillings.Like, I mean realllllly light on...2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber, 10 shreds of grated carrot, 6 olives and 2 measly slices of capsicum.I was about 10th in line and everyone was asking for extra topping.I was shaking my head watching the young guy ( owners son ) being super stingy making my lunch. I thought what the hell am I paying for here ?I was only passing through Casino so definitely won't be making a pitstop at this Subway next time.All I could taste was the bread.Super stingy guys !!!!"

I have a mask exemption and before I even got to line up, the worker was asking me about my mask and I stated I had an exemption, he was doing this in front of other customers and they stopped and turned to look at me! As this is happening I’m opening my wallet to get ready to show my medical exemption and I was told to wait outside he will serve me outside! Never felt so belittled and embarrassed in front of people for having a medical problem.. to top it off as I was leaving he yells kudos!

Server was using same gloves for multiple meals in clouding meat. Grabbing chunks of meat with same gloves then a hand full of cheese then placing half the cheese back in. When asked to changed gloves the staff member was rather rude. Given I was ordering for a Muslim family this was not appropriate. Regardless of the faith of the customer it is not in line with food safety. On previous experiences the owner was very friendly and prepared my food in a professional manner. It's unfortunate one staff member can leave such a sour taste and a churning stomach

No wonder this business is for sale!I have an exemption from wearing a mask and was told I wasn’t able to be served when the staff member was not wearing one himself when I walked in.If they cared about masks so much he should be wearing one at all times!

The only people working were 2 children (about 14 years old) with no supervision, neither of which knew what they were doing and were incredibly slow and rude. when i asked for the amount of meat normally given on a terryaki chicken by any other store they charged me double as well. would not recommend.

Very disappointing, I am exempt from wearing a mask due to respiratory problem and the staff told me to leave for not having one in a very rude manner, lucky I opted out in the end as my colleagues said the bread was stale. Very rude and unethical
