Sparkles Car Wash - Level B1

Read this review and then use this car wash, you will thank me.On their menu, under 3 is the most popular but number 4 is 30$ extra.It's 30$ extra because it's called mini details, they charge me 100$ but they didn't clean the at all and when I ask the person, he gave a clafe to clean myself. I said to him nothing because I didn't expect that at all.My experience told me that don't use this this car wash because you will wast your money and of course your time. .. good luck

The indian guy at the front counter was absolutely rude and when we told him that the car is still dirty he said this is what you get and we said either clean it proor we wont pay, then he says he will not give the car keys if we dont pay!Absolute scam of the car wash detailing service they have here.. inside wasn’t vaccumed properly and outside cant even explain

Edit: In response to owner's reply: I went to the Kmart side on 2 September 2022 and spoke with Paul Min.Earlier review:Very disappointed. Quality has dropped over the years. Paid $315 for a full detailed clean. Took the car back to get it re-cleaned. Next day we found even more issues with surfaces, seats and floors not even vacuumed or wiped.

Overall very clean. I got package number 4, and paid $120 for the clean. Expected a very thorough job, but found that my cup holder are was still a bit dirty (checked that it was stuff that came off and not permanently stuck there) and also it seems like if there is something there (even a padded mat for the chair that you can just lift) they don't clean it. Overall happy but could be better, especially for the price.

I recently took my car into these guys to have the $70 mini detail done. I usually go to Star Carwash and I have to say that Sparkles did a better job. Pleased with the result and service I received so I will return next time my car needs a clean!

Not too bad of a job. Nobody washes a car like you do your own. Providing you have enough time, so you use a car wash instead.

Took my car into as getting ready to sell, suggested to go up a package and took her advise.On retuning to collect my car noticed they did not do the boot area and multiple other areas had marks advised by the manager was my car to dirty????.On her return with a spray bottle told it was sun screen which I don't use but moved straight away away once wiped over.Will redo myselfBsd

I arrived an hour late. A little confusion with closing time (from me). They were there waiting for me, and were very accepting of my apology, didn’t even get annoyed... Picked up the keys (after apologising again), went around the corner and I didn’t even recognise my car! It looked amazing inside and outside. I’m so very happy. It’s like a new car! Sorry again for being late.

Went in for a Mini Detail clean. The exterior was cleaned well but the clean on the interior was disappointing. The console wasn't touched - dust still covered it. The floor mats were clean but the floors themselves were still dirty with the corners being especially dirty. The seats still had sand and some dirt on them. The windows were cleaned well. I guess I get what I pay for though?

If you are time poor, have lots of money and dont care about value for money this is the place for you. The only thing that sparkles is your wallet after emptying it for poor quality cleans. Have given them the benefit of the doubt after some previous ordinary cleans because of the convenience but this is the last straw for me. They just do all the easy stuff in a rush and dont put any effort in to remove anything remotely difficult, I had my 13 year old daughter re-clean the car afterwards and did a better job with limited tools and chemicals. Lots of excuses afterwards when you show them but I'm not interested anymore. This is a business model based on profit and quantity, not quality. This is the carwash under Kmart.
