Increase policy 35% in a year while devalue asset.Renew without confirmation.Make it incredibly hard to get a hold of someone to cancel.Worst insurance experience.

1 star is too high. I had the most minor accident and am now without a car for 4 months and counting. I call Suncorp for updates and never get one or the call disconnects and no one calls back. It took over a month to for them authorise the repairs. Poor customer service and no communication. Don’t get car insurance here.

Redtape stay away from them especially with any kind of insurance. They are efficient in denying claims

I have been with this bank for almost a decade.What gets on my nerve is they get their retail banking teller staff to ask the customer their passwords. THIS IS A COMPLETE BREACH OF PRIVACY as nearby customers are all within earshot.It is not isolated to one branch as I have witnessed or experienced this at multiple branches including the Pitt st city Sydney cbd one near Westfield where u go down stairs.Most other big banks around the world say u should never disclose your password to bank staff so why they have such outdated policies is beyond belief. They should hire me to update their policies!They are also closing branches eg Chatswood in March 2022 which is sad and annoying. I guess they are focusing on Queensland.
