Many times I have complained about dogs off lead at on lead dog parks should not matter what time of day dogs ( big dogs ) these ones are there owners just happily let them off there leads this happens every day gcc beware if anyone I know gets approached by these dogs off lead you will be to blame as you just don't care or listen do better gcc as so many instances lately with off lead dogs maybe put more visible signs up the people do know though they just ignore
