Unhelpful chemist who refused to dispense a script for pain medication from my orthopaedic surgeon although they dispensed the same script from my GP two weeks ago. I just had a hip replacement and am out of my medication however chemist insisted she did not know my Surgeon so could not dispense the script unless she rang and spoke to him and it’s a Sunday. Very unhelpful and too busy to care about their customers.

Store staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had flu shot done on a busy day, still got help from vacc staff to book in a covid booster session.

I have been visiting Terry White Winston Hills for around four years, and the service has always been hit and miss. I continue to go there for convenience. However, no more.Today I requested them to fulfil a script that had been faxed to their chemist from my doctor in June this year (and I had already successfully fulfilled it that same month). I was told by K that it was expired, and I couldn't fulfil it (even though I needed the medicine today). I showed K an email that stated the script was indeed faxed in June, not October 2020 as was the one K had showed me.K said he would look into it, and another staff member came over and I explained the situation, feeling more upset that I wouldn't be able to get the medicine I urgently needed. They told me they would reissue the script for me. However, awhile later (I was at the chemist for 45 minutes and late for an appointment), a pharmacist, P, told me that I couldn't get the script, only one month to tide me over (even though the script would have enough medicine for eight months). I explained the situation again, and P was not empathetic or helpful. She then finally saw the issue - the script that was faxed to them in June was actually from October 2020. She blamed my doctor. I told them that it should have been a red flag for them and I should have been notified when I fulfilled the script in June that it was an old script I would have had to fulfil by October. In fact, in June I asked for the script and they wouldn't give it to me, instead saying it needed to be kept on file, and I couldn't even sight it to see the expiry.P and K offered terrible service, were unhelpful, un-empathetic and not at all apologetic for the issues with the script that their team should have picked up on.I am never visiting this chemist again, and suggest that people be careful when visiting here. Another customer was in at the same time and was also having issues with a script, and I can honestly say the staff treated her abhorrently.

Some of the Pharmacists are quite friendly but most of the staff will go out of their way to avoid making eye contact, let alone ask if you need any help. I was in the store for 15 minutes the other day and not one person working there even said hello or offered assistance.I used to get prescriptions from here but now would not do so again. As I was leaving there was about 5 people lined up waiting to pay for their items. The girl on the register kept ringing the bell to get some help but the others walking around the shop ignored her as the customers got more and more angry. I guess they would not be a good sense of Teamwork here.

Very friendly staff and quick service and noted that prices are cheaper than other pharmacies. Five stars for their good customer service.

My family and I have used this pharmacy for many years. They are trusted with our scripts and are our go to for advice & assistance. There is a real sense of community and care. Yvonne in particular is especially exceptional. Her professionalism, politeness & knowledge are outstanding. A true asset to the Terry White Team.

I don't usually write bad reviews but the staff was unhelpful and quite cold towards me.This was my first time buying from there and the prescription I was getting was new to me. The pharmacist that gave me the prescription didn't offer any advice on how many I should take or when I should take it or didn't ask if it was my first time taking it. I know it says on the pill box how many to take but usually the pharmacists will try and give some information about any prescription but they just handed it to me and said nothing.I don't think I'll be returning there again.

Amazing Pharmacy in the hills district. Great and knowledgeable staff who are always very caring and go the extra mile. Prices are good and stock range excellent. My go to pharmacy for all my healthcare needs.

Their system is terrible. You have to wait a long time to get your prescription filled. and when they do fill it, they don't announce its ready. you have to go and ask if its ready or not which is annoying to do. If you are a polite person, stay away from this place. Every time i've been there, i've waited longer than required coz the prescription that's filled just sits there on the shelf. I've had 3 strikes and i'm never going back.

Terrible service! Pharmacist needs to go and gain more education about over the counter medications!
