Australia Post - Parkdale LPO

This LPO is great. They have a small local shop, and they're very helpful. At Christmas time the staff dressed up as an elf and 'the little drummer boy' which just brought a lovely touch of Christmas delight to the neighbourhood. But today I had a parcel that was incorrectly labelled by an online retailer get sent to the wrong address. Fortunately the Postie took the parcel straight back to the local LPO and from there the LPO staff called me to let me know what had happened and when I can collect it from their store. So great - the alternative scenario would have been for them to just ignore what had happened and let it be returned to the sender for me to deal with and wait another week for the parcel to eventually make its way back to me. Such great service creates a really positive experience. I'm glad to have such great customer service at my local Post pick up point! Thank you to the team!

The team at the Australia Post in Parkdale deserve our thanks and support. They provide excellent service and will assist you with packaging and posting of an assortment of items. They worked especially hard to provide the best service during the lockdowns. We are lucky to have them as a valuable and contributing business in our community.

Great post office.The man serving me did everything promptly and properly, didn't try cutting corners or anything.Will definitely come here more often.

This post office is my favourite around the area. It has rather extended working hours which is hugely convenient and wide assortment of any kind of packaging and presents you could only imagine to send to your loved ones.Guys working here are endlessly friendly and helpful and it makes every visit such a pleasant experience :)

Staff are really excellent. They definitely make this Australia Post the 5 star rating!Always helpful, very efficient service, and quite often dress-up in fancy dress to support good causes.A real pleasure going in here.

Love that this is my local. Just popped in with bub in arms, dropped my return parcel on the desk with my phone open ready for return scan, waiting for a lady to be served in front of me. Was having a look at their beautiful home decor when I heard “that’s all done”. Wasn’t expecting to be served but the lovely gentleman got it done in between helping the lady in front. Always efficient here and always helpful :)

We had passport photos for our son taken here to apply for Australian passport. When we go to lodge the application form at another Aus Post, turns out that the photo taken at Parkdale Aus Post does not meet the standard criteria for Aus Passport and was rejected. I wonder how the staff missed this. So, it was just waste of time & money for us.

Really good service.Nothing is hard here.The staff helped me for my passport renewal,explained really nicely about the process.Finally got my passport.Got everything done here.All the facilities such as printer,mini photo studio for passport photo.Highly recommend.
