Had the pleasure of dealing with Ash & James at smoke mart over the last few months. All I can say is that I have never experience such bubbly kind people who are always willing to help. The knowledge that they both retain and use to assist their customers is an amazing asset to the store. Customers can be assured that any question or uncertainties that they may have will be answered with a smile - not to mention the extra mile they both go to, to ensure each and every customer that comes in feels welcomed and leaves the store with the confidence that they have been properly cared for rather then just being another number like to a mass retail store. The personal connection they make with their customers shows immensely, and I have experienced the great lengths that they go to to help their clients (like myself) who generally have no idea what I need/am looking for and provide them with guidance and assistance. I highly recommend Ash & James, they’re are so kind and offer help with anything you need! I won’t be going anywhere else after this great experience.
