Dirty toilets, other than that it was okMultiple restaurants including McDonald's, Krispy Kreme and a cafe.Payphone available.Would definitely visit again.

Very helpful, friendly staff at the BP Cafe. Great coffee and pretty good food selection, considering it's all pre-prepared. Certainly fills a hole in a hungry belly on the road.

Im a truck driver and have been stopping here for many years only to be confronted by a staff member telling me that I had to move my truck from a designated parking area as coaches could not enter.Most drivers would know that this a a double lane which runs past the coaches entrance and there is plenty of room for any truck to get past..I was then threatened by this staff member who said she will contact my employer if I did not move for which she did. I have photo's to prove that this is out of order.It's very disappointing as the other staff who work there and especially in the coffee section are great.I will find somewhere else to spend my money in the futre

If I could have option of zero stars yes I would....Let me start of by saying I'm a small business drive a truck but from gold Coast to cairns i travel and my driver of my other truck...The hide you have to tell your staff for MR OR HR HC licence to get access to showers is appalling.Bad behaviour considering I do furniture Removals/shop deliveries do it all in my 26 cube truck.And then after a 14 hour day sweating delivering to customers this is what I get at 9pm qno proof of rigid licence no key... I'll be boycotting you fuel good and sharing this behaviour on social media

Got absolutely berated for asking for cheapest cigarettes, I got told they're are not allowed to up sell products. When I asked if they knew the definition of Up selling. And the console operator verbally abused me and embarrassed me I front of everyone.

Absolutely disgraceful! Console operator Jackie denied one of my drivers a shower tonight because ‘he could not produce a heavy vehicle licence’.My driver is an MR driver and produced his license upon her request only to be told that his license wasn’t HR or higher. This woman on a power trip denying an interstate driver one of the most basic of human needs is pathetic. She was no easier to deal with on the phone when I personally called.Our trucks will no longer be stopping or fueling up here. Good job Jackie, you’ve just cost your franchisee a decent amount of revenue.

Worst experience ever at a truck stop. After a long and hot day loading the truck stopped here for a shower and feed only to be really rudely told to show our licences to use the showers. When my partner who was an obvious truck driver said the key says Western Star Mate he got even more rude then he told us to leave the premises. Im totally at shock how truck drivers are treated here. After reading the poor reviews I hope BP do something about it. This was a male worker not a female one this time.
