Prompt in receiving my item in the mail I did a really long extensive Google search and found them to be the cheapest, prices for really quite competitive actually. Purchasing the item the payment process was very easy.

We ordered the King size goose down pillows and had a really quick delivery time. Unfortunately we received standard size pillows, however the team responded immediately to my email, outside business hours, and the next day were able to fix up the issue. Great customer service in that regard and the price was the most competitive for the same product elsewhere. Yet to sleep on the pillows but they feel amazing!

I had the most amazing experience as a customer of Big Bedding Australia. Researching the warmest doonas, I came across this store online and noticed their message centre. It was 11pm and I thought I’d be speaking to a bot. I was very surprised a gentlemen called James answered all of my questions in detail. Even sending me online links to some of the best goose down doonas on the Big Bedding website and which ones are recommended for my needs living off grid in the wilds of Tasmania.I changed my mind after purchasing a Puradown Goose down doona and wanted to upgrade to an even more luxurious Puradown product, and that still was no problem to the team at Big Bedding.Also, getting goods to my area is often tough, in fact many companies refuse to look at solutions. As this company normally deals with a courier service and I’m on a remote island, James and the team went to extraordinary lengths and personally went to the post office to ensure I’d receive my doona.I’m tucked up in bed now, so warm and happy with my purchase!I honestly have never experienced such incredible customer service. I have purchased this mattress and we are stoked at how awful this mattress is. The mattress has already sunk in from one side. you can feel the springs poke through you as you sleep on it. do yourself a favour Don`t waste your money, I think the raving reviews are all fake, be aware!Not to mention disgusting customer service.No one ever answers their phone number except for an answering machine they never returned any of my calls. Disgraceful Owner Anthony was useless in solving the issue. I have opened a case on PayPal and Hopefully they will help in getting my funds back from this rip off.EDITED : Update in response to the owners reply bellow:The calls all went to answering machine. after numerous voice and text messages I Finally I received a call back 5 days later.You then did not make any effort to organise the return and asked me to open a claim and then again completely disappeard. Pathetic service. Pathetic product. You should be ashamed of yourself for conning customers with your horrible chinese bedding & pathetic chinese service saying (I NO Englis)
