Great place good food friendly staff. Room was ok but no view looked at the back wall of restaurant room 202 Bit dark little disappointed in room supplied.

The worst night of my life. I booked a King Superior Room, but I received an oven. The AC wasn't working, and there wasn't anyone at the desk when I arrived late at night to chat. The receptionists in the morning were very shady and I assumed they already knew about the AC and offered me this room because I told them I would arrive late. This was the worst hotel I have ever slept in. Sadly, there are no negative stars.

I came here with my husband for his 40th birthday and Ivan looked after all off us was excellent service from Ivan he need a raise

Looks appealing but there are a lot of things that need repairing, most things have been attempted to be repaired looks like a home handyman has tried to do it, unsuccessfully. Restaurant staff couldn't even organise a Vegetarian Nachos, as apparently they come pre-prepared with the meat on them - hmm don't think so. Buffet breakfast was average at best

Good value for money. Rooms are a bit dated but customer service is absolutely on top. Fahim at the front desk very welcoming and friendly. Great customer service from him.Thank you Fahim.

We had to book this using our Wyndham membership points, as we did not get the Wyndham in city. Rooms were sub standard having cracks in the roof. Not maintained well.The aircon was old and was having mould inside. Which is a health hazard. They should change the aircon. Room no 116.Will not recommend.

These rooms are amazing .......the staff are sooooooooo friendly and the place is just soooooo clean....love it here

My wife and I attended a local neurofeedback training course, so we booked the closest hotel ‘Ramada’ to the venue. I am sorry to say but this is the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at.The accommodation is run down, its dirty, and the maintenance people must be Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble because the toilet plumbing is held together in room 230 with duct tape, the shower keeps running, and the floor tiling design results in water going everywhere when you have a shower.We reluctantly tried the restaurant on our first evening, the service was poor. We order two meals, and they got it wrong, and the quality of the food was pitiable.Please avoid this place. I feel resentful giving it one star.
